  • UT Health Physicians has been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for the eighth year in a row as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). In San Antonio there are only nine primary care practices recognized as a PCMH, with UT Health Physicians holding eight of those spaces.
