 We do not participate in the National Match Program. The application deadline is June 3, 2025, 3:00pm CST (for the 2026 program start).

Interviews will be Friday June 20, 2025, at º£½ÇÂ×ÂÒ.

Only complete applications with the additional supplemental
fee paid will be reviewed.

2. Official transcripts from dental school submitted to PASS. Unofficial transcripts from all other schools attended, uploaded to PASS (this includes trade schools, community colleges, and universities).
3. NBDE Part I or INBDE passing scores uploaded to PASS
4. Three professional evaluations submitted to PASS
5. Institution evaluation submitted to PASS
6. Complete CV uploaded to PASS (use link to required format) upload to PASS in the *Other 3
   category for uploads
